Soo sweeties, the end of this year is coming closer and it's about time to make a recap! I'd love to show you my highlights and happy moments 2012 in pictures. I have so many great photos of this year and it wasn't really easy to decide which one to include in this post... anyway, I hope you still have the overview of them:) To all of you: Have a happy New Year 2013! May all your dreams come true! I wish you health, success and love wherever you'll go from the bottom of my heart:)
Soo ihr Süssen, das Jahr neigt sich langsam dem Ende zu und auch ich möchte meine Highlights und Glücksmomente von 2012 mit euch teilen. Ich habe unglaublich viele Bilder aufgenommen und machte es mir damit nicht leicht eine "kleine" Collage zusammen zu stellen. Hoffentlich habt ihr den Überblick noch!:) An euch alle: Einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr 2013! Mögen all eure Träume wahr werden! Gesundheit, Erfolg und Liebe wohin ihr auch geht, das wünsche ich euch von ganzem Herzen:)
